The Yoga Bunch is based in the Cotswolds, England and aims to provide deep healing and true wellness through yoga classes either live or online via zoom. In addition, there will be rituals and retreats, offering time and a great environment to deepen your yoga practice.

Cristina Chandika Ma is the founder of The Yoga Bunch and the resident healer and teacher at the award winning Bamford Wellness Spa. She has studied and practiced yoga for the past 22 years and holds the highest level of certification by the Yoga Alliance Professionals UK - Senior Yoga Teacher (SYT). Her gratitude extends to Geeta Iyengar, Karen Kenton, Sandeep Mehta, The International Sivananda Yoga Vedantre ashrams, Mark Whitwell, Dr. Robert Svoboda, Scott Blossom, Sianna Sherman, Don Conreaux, Yantara Jiro and Burgs, for their inspiration, guidance and teachings. In 2005, She became a resident yogi and healer at the Bamford Welness Spa in Daylesford, Gloucestershire, where she teaches yoga, meditation and sound healing sessions, rituals & retreats. Cristina's teachings are based in the unity of body, mind and spirit, through deep asana, powerful alignment, intention, mudra, breath activationmeditation, mantra and sacred sound. She is an innovative, visionary spirit with a deep devotion to heart alchemy. Her life mission is to activate deep healing for inner and outer transformation - as within so without. Cristina holds residencial retreats in the most exquisite locations all over the world at least twice a year.
