The Yoga Bunch is based in the Cotswolds, England and aims to provide true well-being and inner peace through authentic yoga classes. In addition, there will be workshops and retreats, offering time and a great environment to deepen your yoga practice.
Cristina Chandika Ma is the founder of The Yoga Bunch and co-founder of Prana Adventures. She has studied and practiced yoga for the past 20 years and holds the highest level of certification by the Yoga Alliance Professionals UK - Senior Yoga Teacher (SYT). Her gratitude extends to Karen Kenton (direct student of Geeta & BKS Iyengar), Sandeep Mehta, The International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta centres and ashrams, Mark Whitwell, Dr. Robert Svoboda, Scott Blossom, Sianna Sherman and Burgs, for their inspiration, guidance and teachings. Cristina has been teaching the benefits of yoga and meditation to students from all walks of life for over 14 years. She was a guest teacher at Egypt's first international yoga festival, teaching workshops and master classes. In 2005, She became a resident yoga teacher at the award - winning Bamford Haybarn spa in Daylesford, Gloucestershire, where she teaches yoga and meditation classes, workshops and retreats. Cristina's teachings are based in the unity of body, mind and soul, through deep asana, powerful alignment, mudra, pranayama, meditation and mantra. She is an innovative, visionary spirit with a deep devotion to heart alchemy. Her life mission is to ignite transformation and healing.
