Initiations

 Transforming the mundane into sacred, a Ceremony is a sequence of activities involving plant medicine, gestures, mudras, words, mantras, music, chants, movement, sounds, crystals, nature elements, intentions, actions, gods and goddesses and performed in a sequestered place, and according to a set sequence.

New Moon Ceremony  at the New Moon, the Sun and Moon come together and conjuct the sky, this is the beginning of a new cycle and a great time to  look inward and state your intentions. At each New Moon we take time to stop, be still and look at what we'd like to manifest in our lives. We write down our wishes and then visualize actually achieving them. It's important to focus on how it feels to have achieved your goal, to embody the wish as if it is already embody and vibrate its frequency. Also the power of using specific mantras to clear any obstacles, crystal grids, nature elements and sacred sounds cannot be underestimated. Then we trust the process and enter a complete state of surrender, relaxation, openess and oneness - I am that Iam.

Full Moon Ceremony  a Full Moon is an in-between phase, when the moon is behind the Earth in respect to the Sun and is fully illuminated. The moon starts as a New Moon, and continues to wax until it reaches the striking full moon phase. While a New Moon Ritual is more of a mellow gathering, a Full Moon Ritual is a celebration and party. Since the full moon influences the element water, having a vessel filled with water present for the ceremony calls in the magic. we love dancing to the sound of drums. live kirtan, or dance music by a live DJ, moving together in a way that feels flowing, graceful, free and powerful just like the ocean. We then meditate on it and write down everything we are ready to release and throw it into the flames of a fire. We end this ritual with time in gratitude and community.

Cacao Ceremony involves a communal gathering within a sacred circle around the fire, playing sacred sounds, chanting, dancing and drinking ceremonial cacao to delve deeper into ourselves by meditating on which parts of our psyche are blocking our growth and evolution. We open our hearts to our dreams, reminding ourselves that we are not victims but the creators of our current reality. Cacao in its purest form is a plant medicine that has been used by our Ancestors, Shamans and Mayans. An indigenous Mayan myth tell us that whenever the balance between humans and nature becomes threatened, cacao comes out from the rainforest to open peoples hearts and return the planet to a state of harmony. Mantra is sound vibration power that helps us to transcend thoughts into stilness, emptiness and wholeness. Sound is also vibration power that entrains the brain into Optimum Healing Frequency  (alpha, thata, delta states), a state where it can switch off, allowing body and mind to relax, rest, rejuvenate and heal - a feeling of ecstatic fullness of life force. Each ceremony is held in oneness consciousness and is offered with gratitude for the medicine
